About Garett
San Francisco based artist, Garett Franz, started painting during the 2020 pandemic lockdown as a way to pass the time. Originally a filmmaker, he decided to tap the photographic and lighting knowledge he’d learned in film and apply it to the artistic ability he’d once had as a child. What resulted was a passion for painting and the discovery of his true calling.
